Passion Healthcare was started in 2012 by friends who felt that they could use their knowledge and experience to provide a better type of health care service. They both had experience of working in the social health care industry and in private business. They recognised that not only do staff need to be trained, but that they required support and supervision to apply the knowledge that they had gained, enabling them to work confidently and autonomously in the community and institutional setting. It is their belief that by concentrating on supporting their staff they will enable their business to flourish and be recognised as a leading provider of quality care in Leicestershire.

Regulation.

Passion Healthcare is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. They monitor and inspect our service to ensure that we are meeting the fundamental standards of quality and safety. Their findings can be seen at the bottom of this website.

Our partnerships

Passion Healthcare work closely with GP practices, social services, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists as well as other care professionals. We currently have a contract with Leicestershire County Council as well as the local CCG and many private contracts with individual clients.

Technology.

Passion Healthcare has invested in technology to ensure the smooth running of our service through electronic care planning, scheduling, and rostering as well as electronic monitoring. This allows our care staff to access all the information they need on their phones in real time. Any changes made are immediately available to our care staff. They can pass messages back to the office in real time meaning we can act quickly and effectively.

Trust

We understand that trust is important, especially when allowing a stranger access to your home.

Passion Healthcare will ensure that all of our staff are background checked and DBS cleared. (criminal record and barred list checked)

By receiving care from your own dedicated team, you can get to know and trust your carers. Many of our service users describe their carers as being like family to them, this is testament to their relationships and trust.
